5.2 Wagering Requirements

The welcome bonus must meet a 25x wagering requirement before withdrawal. This requirement applies only to the bonus amount, not the deposit amount. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = after completing ৳25,000 in bets, the bonus winnings become withdrawable.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer has a specific validity period. Any unused bonus will be cancelled after it expires.
• Placing opposing bets (bets with a neutral net outcome) using bonus funds is prohibited.
• 32bd reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer.
• If any fraud or abuse is proven in fulfilling bonus terms, the bonus and related winnings may be forfeited.
• Bonuses do not apply to multiple accounts within the same household or from the same device.

6.1 Bet Acceptance

6.2 Sports Betting Policy

In the sports betting section, all bets are settled at the odds accepted before the event starts. If an event is cancelled, postponed, or left incomplete, 32bd will settle bets in accordance with standard industry practice.

6.3 Finality of Game Results

Once a game result is confirmed, it is considered final. Only where there is evidence of a technical disruption may 32bd conduct a review.

8.2 Closure by the Member
